Well the movie doesnt come out till December... so thats not close at all. But the fourth book is coming out in August or something. And so is Midnight Sun (Twilight from Edward's POV)

Note: Sorry Bec, you arent in chapter 6 as much as i promised, but your still there. (More in 7 and 8 ) And Sekiu is a real city in Washington, about 20 miles north of Forks.

Chapter 6: Exodus and Issues

“Edward, your ready right?” Edward rolled his eyes. “Yes, Carlisle, for the third time everyone is.” It wasn’t quite clear to me why Carlisle was worrying; we weren’t even really going camping.

All the props that I’d needed to fool Charlie were up in Edward’s room. I had only needed the clothes and toiletries, so I had felt very stupid carrying the sleeping bag and bug spray out of the house.

“Rosalie, Jasper, Esme, your all ready?” “I am.” Rosalie answered. Jasper didn’t speak, but nodded. “Yep.” Esme replied.

The car trip was silent. I could have killed them all (not literally, of course) for letting Edward drive. I was hoping Edward would have let Esme drive—she was probably more sensible about the speed, and got less road rage when someone didn’t go his speed.

“Where are we staying, exactly?” Come to think of it, I didn’t even know. “Well were obviously not really going camping,” Esme pointed out. “Were staying at a hotel, I think its just a few miles from here, isn’t it Edward?” “Yes, just 5 more miles.”

Of course it was Edward, and I knew he hadn’t picked something simple. I saw a sign on the side of the road, just after Edward had mentioned the 5 miles. It read: Imperial Hotel---5 miles. He better not have. He was so obsessed with doing something nice, and he didn’t understand I barely deserved Edward himself.

The whole car was tense. Jasper snickered and I started to feel odd, too comfortable. Rosalie hissed. “Thanks, Jasper.” She growled.

I stared out the tinted window of Edward’s Volvo. You’d think he’d try to be discreet and not take his own car, since we are running from strange vampires, who might have powers like Alice.

Too soon, we Edward pulled into the parking lot of a fancy hotel; just what I had not wanted. Why did he intend on spending so much money when it so wasn’t necessary?

After the man at the counter had handed us our room keys and welcomed us to Sekiu, we went up. On the floor where our rooms were located, Edward stiffened and stopped us all. “Someone is here.” Rosalie rolled her eyes, but with no humor. “Yeah, because, normally people don’t stay at hotels.” She said sarcastically. “Shut up,” He growled. “I didn’t say it was a human, did I?” Rosalie pursed her lips, but said no more. Luckily, no one came out of any of the hotel rooms, so I made it to the room in one piece. He stopped again. “They are some where near here. Not in here, but probably in the next room.” He put his stuff down, and then took mine from me and put it down. “Were staying in the same room?” Charlie would kill us both if he knew. “Oh yeah, im gonna let you sleep alone when I smell a vampire that close,” He rolled his eyes. “Yeah, sure.” I laughed even though it wasn’t particularly funny. “Y’know, what would you do if Charlie found out about this?” “He isn’t going to.” Edward said with no worry. “Why not?” “Bella, Alice planned this. Has she ever messed anything like this up? Remember when you got attacked by James? The hotel? Yeah, she doesn’t miss things like that.” I would have preferred not to remember that, when I was almost killed just because of stupid James and the video tapes. He quit moving. “Its here again.” I walked over to the door, but he got in front of me and looked out the peep hole. “Oh, god.” “What?!” “I see her now. She’s in the hallway!”

Note: And yes, here we have it. Im on a roll now, i think i'll have chapter 8 up today, too.

Chapter 7: "So the werewolf fell in love with the bloodsucker.” Said Jacob.

“I bet she can smell you, but she isn’t paying attention. She’s dressed like she works at the hotel.” “How can you tell she’s a vampire? Not just really pale?” Edward sighed. “Yeah, I wish it was that easy. Bella, I can smell her. She isn’t human, or werewolf.”

My phone rang. “Answer it,” Edward directed. “It could be Carlisle or Alice or Emmett.” I picked it up. “Hello?”

“Hi, Bella.” It was none of them, but I still knew who it was. “Hi, what’s up, Jacob?” “She’s gone.” Edward said, relief obvious in his voice. “So where are you at? Charlie said you went camping with the bloodsuckers.” “Jacob, what did I tell you? Don’t call them that.” Edward growled in the background. “I’ll take that as a confirmation.” Jacob said. “Oh no, you wont. Im not camping, but that’s what I had to tell Charlie. Alice saw some other vampires around, and they just want to make sure they don’t have any plans and are just passing through. So yeah, im with him.”

“Yeah, its my friend.” I could tell he wasn’t talking to me, because the sound was muffled, like he’d put the phone down to do something. Someone was talking outside the room, low, but loud enough. “Who’s your friend?” A voice outside asked. How odd, that was a reply to Jacob. The sound muffled even more. “My friend Bella, you don’t know her.” “Oh.” The voice said.

It was female. I walked over to the door and looked out the peep hole. There was a girl, with medium length blonde hair, violet colored eyes, and the same pale skin Edward and the rest of the Cullens had. And she was dressed like she worked at the hotel.

She was a vampire. Most likely the same one Edward had seen, but now it had a different ring to it, like I’d seen her before. “Bye Jacob.” She said, putting the phone in her pocket. I hadn’t heard Jacob’s goodbye to her, despite the fact I could hear all of their conversation.

Edward looked like he was concentrating very hard on something, like he was trying to read Jacob’s mind through the phone.

“Jacob, you there?” “Yeah, sorry, I was talking to Bec, too.” “Bec?” I asked, eyeing the girl who walked away from the door now. She looked like her name could be Bec. “Yeah, she’s…” Jacob trailed off. “She’s what?” I asked, twisting my mouth with amusement. “A good friend.” He replied. “Just out of curiosity, what does she look like?” “She has blonde hair, purple-ish colored eyes, and she’s pale-skinned.”

Edward had a worried face, and motioned to me. He made a closing motion with his hands. He wanted me to get off the phone. “Sorry, I gotta go.” “Bye.” Jacob answered flatly. “See ya.” I closed it.

“That’s one of them.” “What?” I asked in disbelief. “That girl in the hall; she’s one of them.” “Jacob’s girlfriend is a vampire.” I mumbled. “She’s the enemy.”

Chapter 8: Ying and Yang

“We don’t know for sure,” Edward said apprehensively. His phone rang

“Hello?” “Edward, Alice saw a…” “Oh, I know. And what’s more, she’s Jacob’s girlfriend.” There was silence. “We don’t know that.” I pointed out. He moved the phone back. “Bella, what are the odds?” He didn’t wait for me to answer because he started talking again. I could quite tell whether he was talking to Carlisle or Emmett, but it wasn’t Alice. “So that’s why she didn’t see it!” He shouted. “Okay, thanks, Carlisle.” He hung up.

Confusion crossed me for a second. “Wait, why didn’t Alice see her?” “Because of Jacob, that’s why. Remember? She cant see what the damn dogs do, or if any one else is with them, she cant see it either!” That had worked out just a little too perfectly to be normal. Far too perfect.

Even though Edward had been in my room at night before, it felt awkward with technically no one else. At least Charlie had been in the house. But this was so much different… no one would come in if they heard voices. I didn’t have to worry about being caught by Charlie for being with Edward.

“Can I have my human moment now?” “Yes.” Edward said. I grabbed everything I needed and headed toward the bathroom. The odd feeling became more intense when I realized there was only a door separating Edward and I. A shiver ran down my back.

I brushed my teeth first, then showered and changed quickly. When I finally came out, Edward was sitting on one of the two beds, watching something on TV. Something in my throat stopped me from talking. Edward was not wearing a shirt, and his hair looked far more messy and unruly than usual. I could picture that being Jacob far more easily than I should have been able too. The similarity was really uncanny. Muscular, short, jagged hair, and it was really only skin and hair color that set them apart from almost being twins. Then there was the big thing, the fact that made neither of them human.

I decided to call Jacob again, and ask about Bec. “Black residence.” Billy answered Jacob’s phone? “Um, hi Billy. Could you put Jacob on?” “Sure, hold on.” I heard Billy shouting Jacob’s name, then the phone being shuffled around.

“Hey Bella.” I opened my mouth to ask, then thought better of it. What if that wasn’t her I saw today? What if it was, and he didn’t even know she was a vampire? Then it all spilled out before I could stop myself. “I think…Bec is a vampire.” Jacob didn’t say anything for several seconds, and I couldn’t tell whether he was going to explode or just say yes.

“Yeah, she is.” He said with an odd voice, like he was regretting something he’d done. “Oh. Okay, I gotta go now.” “Bye Bella.”

“There’s something I didn’t tell you.” Edward admitted. “What?” “Alice saw her attacking you.”

SO much to comment on, but this made me laugh: "how do you know she's a vampie? And not just really pale?"

(sorry if that's slightly miss-quoted...it's just from memory)

and I will definitely go and see the film Very Happy

when it comes out.

Well i disagree. I think the only one that even looks a little like they should is Rosalie, and maybe Esme, but i picture her with shorter hair.

Well I can't possibly be biased seeing as I have no real picture of how they should be (though William Beckett dressed as a vampire is an image I like to think of lol) so, who have they cast?

and I just noticed I put vampie instead of vampire, when I quoted you lol, oh well.

edited: I had a look... It's the guy from Harry Potter! Why?!
He's a little cute I guess but his eyebrows scare me. And I don't know, does anyone else think he looks a tiny bit young? Just a tiny bit.

9. Transition Discussion

“Edward, how could you not tell me that?”

He stopped. “You didn’t let me finish. What I was going to say was Alice saw her attacking you in La Push. And she has other resources, too. Like how I read minds, Alice sees things…she can become invisible. I don’t know how long, but that’s minor.”

I scoffed. “No, it isn’t. I could be with Jacob and then she could sneak up on me and go all kung-fu. Then she could still be invisible… and get Jacob too! Who knows? Bec may end up being another…”

The name brought terrifying memories back…when I was almost killed…when Edward was almost killed.
“Victoria?”

“Yes, Victoria. And now your acting like its nothing.”

It looked like the real danger was just starting to set in on Edward, that, the Cullens may not be on the winning end.

“But were getting ahead of ourselves,” Edward pointed out. “Alice’s vision may have been wrong. She doesn’t even know what Bec looks like. So we might be getting worried when she sees a whole different vampire attacking.”

“What? It doesn’t matter if its Bec or not; this is a problem. And Alice or Carlisle or Emmett hasn’t even called yet, so what if something already happened? They were supposed to call and say when they found out if they were bad or not.”

Edward tapped the alarm clock screen. “Bella, its only been two and a half hours. I bet the other vampires haven’t even gotten there yet.”

He was right. It was hardly dark outside, and the roof had an overhanging tree shading it.

“I have to go to La Push tomorrow.” I said.

“Oh no, you don’t.” “I have to tell Jacob! He most likely doesn’t know what Bec is doing.”

“Call him. Do you really want to risk your life to tell the dog that his girlfriend is a physco?”

“Yes, I do.”

“Im coming then.” He put his hand up when I objected. “He can deal with it when im there.”

“Edward wants to talk to you. Is that okay?” I asked him on the way over. “What does he want?” “Jacob, can you be mature for a second here?” “Fine. I’ll be at the border. But if he—“ “Ah-ah-ah, don’t say anything. Okay, bye.”

“You drive so slow.” Edward complained while I kept his car at the speed of my own.

“Jacob said he would be there. So keep your temper under control, okay?”

“Fine, but if that girlfriend of his is there, im not making any promises.”

10. SHE’S HEEEEERE

Getting out of the car was a little harder knowing Bec could be right behind me, waiting.

Jacob was there, leaning against the door of his car. He looked so human, except for his size. He shot a poisonous look at Edward. “Why is he here?”

He spoke directly to me, watching Edward out of the corner of his eye.

“You’ll find out in a second, pup, don’t worry.” Edward retorted.
I knew Jacob wasn’t going to believe us right away, especially in the sense I use the phrase ‘us.’ Then again, he might, but the chances weren’t good, counting on only solid proof we have is…Alice. To him, that probably meant as much as saying it never happened at all.

“You know your girlfriend is a vampire, correct?” Edward began.

“Yeah, so what. You have no room to talk.”

“Ah-ah-ah,” Edward put his hands up in surrender. “I never said it was bad; just a question.” He looked over to me. I took that as an invitation to tell him myself, but I guess that wasn’t Edward’s intentions. “Can you tell me what she looks like?”

Jacob was obviously blocking out any thoughts about Bec because Edward was clearly not getting anything he wasn’t saying out loud. Or maybe he was, and wasn’t telling Jacob. I mentally calculated the chances of this crazy vampire being Bec, of all vampires in the world, Jacob’s girlfriend. The chances weren’t good.

“Why?” He asked in an offhand tone, as if it was completely irrelevant to anything we could come up with.
“Because she may be a physco who’s trying to kill Bella—any more questions?” Edward growled.

“What the hell are you talking about, Cullen? Bec isn’t trying to kill anyone.”

“You don’t know that for sure, and neither do I, so we would all appreciate if you would just tell me what she looks like so I can tell if she’s the one or not.”

“What Edward was trying to say,” I glared at him, “Was Alice had a vision about some vampire attacking me, and Alice told Edward what the vampire looks like. Now tell him what Bec looks like, so he can tell whether it was Bec or not.”

I wracked my brain to remember what Jacob had told me, but everything was gone. When Jacob spoke again, his voice was tinged with worry.

“Pretty much the same as every vampire, except she has violet eyes, and blonde hair.”

“Damn, that’s her.” Edward hissed quietly.

“But I don’t believe she would kill anyone.” Jacob said.

“Oh, you don’t know me at all then, do you?” Bec appeared leaning against a tree, messing with her nails like they always do in movies.

“Oh my god, im so confused!” Jacob yelled furiously.

“What’s to be confused about?” She asked nonchalantly.

“Bella, get in the car,” Edward warned in a low voice.

I creaked the door open a little, watching Bec to see if she would move. I wasn’t so much afraid of that as I was her becoming invisible. I hurried into the car and locked the doors; sure that was going to help. Bec smiled and she vanished out of thin air.

Jacob was still standing in the same position, and had a flabbergasted look about him.

“Don’t listen to me next time.” Edward said to Jacob with a hint of a growl.

Bec remained invisible, but maybe it was only humans that couldn’t see her. What would have happened if I hadn’t listened to Edward and went by myself? I would be dead now, and Jacob probably would too, and it would be my fault.

“She’s still here.” Edward warned out loud, breaking me out of my reverie. I couldn’t tell if he was telling me, or Jacob, or just saying so.

“I’ll be here for a while, too.”

A voice snickered from somewhere that sounded dangerously close to my window. I squinted carefully through the tinted glass to see if I could make out a shape of someone, or a light shadow, but there was nothing. Something tapped on the window, which I assumed to be Bec’s fingernails. It did not surprise me, but for some reason I screamed. Another Victoria for sure.
