it's alright ^^
I've actually got two acoutic versions of 'do you know what I'm seeing?' and 'behind the sea'. I can tell you that they are awesome in every way. and ryan's voice is so innocent, so different from brendon's. I'm extremely excited for the new album, almost unbelievingly etc.
yeah, I saw that. I've got a lot of other videos too. there's a lot with them, but other stuff as well. but that's just if you get bored.
oh, I get like flashbacks from the concert all the time. I so want to go back! |

Really, where did you find those songs? I've only heard like ten seconds from a song that goes something like "I never gave a damn about the weather but the weather never gave a damn about me..."
I think they have very interesting songs - the new ones are obviously more optimistic than the old ones, but they have always had their own way of writing the lyrics don't you think? They are like, very unpredictable - you might think that this and that sentence is gonna sound in a way not too difficult to figure out, but they keep surprising me. Not one of their songs are typical or predictable, not lyrically or melodious (dunno if "melodious" is an accurate word).
I watched a video from your profile, it was a girl named Sofia that played a song called "Jag Skulle Gärna Vilja Tro" and it was very good
And yeah, I get flash backs all the time, I really miss the concert too - let's just hope that Spencer's right and that they'll come back in the summer : ) _________________ Music is my religion |

my friend who also went to the concert wrote to me on MSN and was hysterical and went on about the songs she found on iTunes or something. nu they're really good, with only acoustic guitars and strings. that is 'do you know what I'm seeing?' another part of the song goes like; 'I know it's mad but if I go to hell will you come with me or just leave? I know it's mad but if the world was ending would you kiss me or just leave me?'¨I can tell you I fell in love right there.
you're so right. my worst concern was that they would lose all the 'wit' in their lyrcis, but when I read like.. the lyrics to she's a handsome woman, I don't understand a thing, so it still takes some nerves to figure out all the messages in the songs. it's surely a positive change they've made, lyrically and musically.
yepp, that's from yesterday. the real psalm is actually extremely different, but she had to change it so she could make her own version. she never seems to stop surprising me.
damn him if he's not. I talk to a person I met there all the time, and the next time I'll see her will proably be at a panic-concert, so he better be. |

Oh, iTunes, why didn't I think about that, you can find almost anything there - but I think I'll rather wait until the new album is released - maybe I'll even preorder the Deluxe Edition. But I'm definitely gonna buy the Nine In The Afternoon single, cause it's really important for a bands marketing depending on the selling of singles (a dude told me) and I want Panic to do good in Sweden : )
Right, that's the word I was looking for "musically", thank's Yeah, I absolutely love the "shrewdness" (don't know what to call it) in the lyrics, the really really profound messages etc.
Yeah, he has to be right or we'll kidnap them haha, keep them locked in a cellar and make them play for us >.<
No, but seriously, if I'm going to England this summer (which I might do, probably to London) and if they're not coming to Sweden but are doing a show there, then I think I'll book my trip so that I can see them when they are there (dunno if they'll be there in the summer though) cause I really wanna hear them play live again! And once you're there, it's so worth it. _________________ Music is my religion |

of course I'm gonna buy it too. do you think like... that green gentleman will follow too or something?
I've been thinking about something. will the world have the same panic-fever at this release with pretty. odd., as it was with the old panic! ? to me, in my hometown, I can't see small girls falling for those guys to be honest, not even the emo-kids. but then I might be blind too. but it's just another feeling to this album and everything.
that sounds awesome, but I will bet my money on another sweden-concert. it would make me more thilled than ever. it made me wonder, in some sort of way they HAVE to come back once more, since they were here when they hadn't yet released the album, and now they've got to do a show with more of the new songs from pretty. odd. are you following me? |

Yeah, I definitely think that That Green Gentleman will follow like a bonus-track or something : )
I actually thought about that too - I mean they've grown up and don't have the same feeling of being young boys that even younger girls fall for haha - they said it themselves, they've grown up and it really shows, and Pretty. Odd. also sounds more mature than A Fever You Can't Sweat Out (even though those songs are wonderful).
Oh, right! Yeah, they have to come back, now I feel more secure about it, thanks - but don't you think that this tour feels like a promo tour? Maybe it's just me I don't know : )
But I also saw an interview with Panic the other day and they said that they'd do some festivals in the summer, so maybe they'll do more than just a concert in Sweden, maybe they'll come to like Arvika Festivalen or Hultsfred? But I'd be most excited for a concert, of course : ) _________________ Music is my religion |

but yäknow, the album's only like three days away now I'm gonna be outside Åhléns when they open I can tell you.
oh yeah, you've definitely matured, musically. I played nine in the afternoon for my dad. and was absolutely shocked that the guys had done something that sounded so much like the beatles. he actually loved it, which made me happy. now it might not be a problem to have the volume turned up so loud.
BOYAAH, if they come to like hultsfred I'm gonna be there, and I know exactly who I'm going to bring. he has no choice. but I agree with you. it would be most awesome if it was their concert. there would kind of be less 'hate' then. |

Yeah, I bought the album yesterday and the Nine In The Afternoon single followed for free : ) I was so excited the whole day, I just wanted to get home and listen to it! When I finally had listened through the whole album, I was actually kind of shocked, I mean, it was better than I had imagined! And I had been a little worried that it might sound exactly like the Beatles sound, and that would've felt weird, cause I think it's great that you can be inspired by someone elses music, but I don't think you should like "steal" the sound - anyway, I was wrong, I mean you can hear that they are Beatles-inspired but they do it all in their Panic-way That made me very happy, I am VERY pleased with this album! I'm actually sitting here by the computer, eating breakfast and listening to the album : ) "If the clouds were singing a song, I'd sing along, wouldn't you too?" hahah
Yeah I really hope that they'll do a concert here in the summer, still have faith in what Spencer told you ; ) _________________ Music is my religion |
