I think I figured out what "A Fever You Can't Sweat Out" means...

There's a twilight zone episode called "The Fever" about a man who develops a gambling addiction. When he's in it's grip it becomes a fever in his mind that he can't get rid of.

Growing up in Las Vegas I'm sure that Panic knew about gambling, and I think it fits into the overall theme of the record...

...i always thought it was just about a severe headache that was very uncomfortable and you're sweating really bad but it just won't go away and you feel absolutely terrible.

I think it's just a term to describe an addiction, or something you "can't get enough of."

i agree. i think it's a pretty straightforward title that's not really meant to be dissected and thought deeply about. a fever you can't sweat out--a fever, whether it be a good fever (like DISCO FEVER music2

) or a bad fever, that you can't seem to shake, or sweat out.

the song titles ARE meant to be thought about, though, imo. i think i heard in an interview once that they're all related to their songs, and not just random bunches of words.

As in.. you always sweat a fever out, but this one you cant so it obviously isnt a fever Very Happy

Or the Album will give you a fever/obsession that you won't be able to sweat out...
