[[Not So Conventional]]

Hey everyone. I'm not sure if this is a one shot or not. I kinda can't decide. But I think it is. With alot going on this year i haven't been really reliable, and I'm so sorry. I guess I'm canceling my other fictions. I miss this though. So i'm going to really try to keep up and if you have an opinion please let me know.

His heart raced as he felt the weight of another hot sweaty body lay on top of him. He kept wondering if he was even ready for this. After all he had just come out to Ryan a few weeks ago.

Flashback.

"Hey...Ryan do you have a minute?"
"Yeah, sure Brendon."
"What's up?"
"Well, I've been thinking..."
"That's a first," Ryan laughed.
"Shut up!" Brendon snapped back as tear rolled down his cheek. Ryan had unintentionally hit a nerve that sent Brendon into breakdown.
"Brenny, are you okay?"
"No, I'm trying to tell you something... and it's really hard."
"Dude, we've been friends forever. Just tell me Brendon. You know I love you."
"Ryan...I love you," Brendon's head immediately dropped.
"Yeah, but what is it that you have to tell me."
As Brendon started to look up slowly, it dawned on Ryan, "Oh."
"Yeah..."
"Well Brendon, I love you... I'm just not in love with you."
"I know, and you see that's my problem," Brendon sniffled.
"Brendon, I just came out a year a couple months ago. You came out now, you're not ready yet. I mean I may have lied to you a second ago. I am in love with you. And that's why i refuse to let you do this before you're ready."

End flashback.

Brendon had assured Ryan he was. And now here they are and he isn't. He had to stop Ryan. He just had to.

"Ry, I can't."
"But Bren I thought.... you said..."
"I know and I'm sorry," Brendon grabbed his clothes and made a break for the door. Ryan jumped up, grabbed his arm, and looked into Brendon's gorgeous eyes.
"I love you Brendon. And just because you're not ready for this doesn't mean you're not ready to be in a completely non-sexual relationship does it?"
Brendon smiled, "Maybe it could be a little sexual."
Ryan let out a laugh, “No matter what Brendon I'll be yours forever."
"Sorry i couldn't yet Ryan."
"It's okay baby, I kind of expected you not to be. You only told me a week ago."
"I know, I love you forever."
"Don't make promises you can't keep Mr. Urie."
"Well Mr. Ross, This I know I can keep."
With that the new couple climbed back into Ryan's bed. And after kissing Ryan good night, Brendon snuggled into his boyfriend's arms promising himself he would make it up to Ryan.
