Hmm... I don't actually know... it was probably part of the rebellion against his parents when they said they didn't approve of him giving up education for Panic! ... him and Ryan probably lost faith and became athiests (sp?) together 
I don't actually know the facts though... that's just my guess...
for all I know Audrey may have pressured him! Who knows!

In an interview he said he didn't like the strict rules. And he probably didn't like the inconsistencies in them.

| ^^^It is a Nickname used for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who believe in the book of Mormon...TBH i didn't know either so i just copied and pasted a definition,lol |
