I haven't been completely honest with you guys

Panic! at the Disco is more of a guilty pleasure, and the bands I've posted I think are ok (the medic droid being the exception).

I have to tell you the truth, even if it breaks a few hearts, so here goes nothing:
I am a Metalhead. Yes, you heard right. I have been for almost two years now, and I enjoy every minute of it. I listen to the kind of stuff that would scare young children, and give them seizures. But I don't feel guilty about that. I'm only reluctant to admit it since I'm confident to think there would be absolutely no one on this forum that would share my taste. Thus, I would feel alienated from the rest of the forum, and place sad feelings in my heart.

But before you go thinking: "well lol i like atreyu", I have to say more.
I listen to a distinct type of music, and am very picky about genres. I don't consider Korn, Godsmack, etc. any form of Metal, but I'm lenient about Avenged Sevenfold and other CERTAIN mainstream bands that claim themselves worthy of this genre. It's a complicated matter, but I'm a very complicated guy.

To sum it all up, I'm going to be honest musically. I'm going to say who I really like and who I don't. If I come across as a music elitist or just an all around dick, let me know. I'd hate to get you guys mad at me. I suppose to suppress any rants, I'll just try to stay out of topics that don't satisfy me musically. I love you guys, and I want you to know that.

I don't know if you listen to Cradle of Filth or not but well I do and I've seen them in concert and probably will again next time they come around.

This doesn't change my opinion of you in the slightest.

I know a few people at my school who love metal.
It doesn't bother me if you do.
Everyone has there own choice in music.
It doesn't bother me at all.

The only thing that bothers me is rap.
