I love how quickly Spencer talk turns into Spencers beard talk.

Jon can pull of the beard, but it's a no no for Spencer, his facial features are too soft.

I agree with you PATD_PWNs - Jon is the only one in the band who is "masculine hot", Spencer, Ryan and Brendon looks a bit more like boys who's on their way of becoming men. Well, I guess Spencer looks a bit more mature than Ryan and Brendon (maybe it's the beard)

But they'll get there, just wait and see Wink
