OO I second that, i'll be up for debates, wait are we talking like political debates/current event ones or other types, i'd be up for either.
But yeah, that sorta stuff doesn't happen much here. |

It will probably need stronger moderating, as heavy discussions could occour (which are fun) depending on how popular it would be. Otherwise we could just start up threads in general chat, and mention that it's a debating/flaming topic like 'Debate:Global Warming' or something. |

Yeah I agree.
This seems pretty awesome. I mean we wouldn't be human if we didn't have different opinions. I think it would be fun as long as it didn't get out of hand.

I've been on various forums where 'Flaming Sections' or 'Debate Sections' go incredibly and terribly badly. It just turns a bunch of people against each other. I'm not sure if you've experienced that before. On a few forums, one was put up and then taken down about a week or so later. It gets really bad.
I will consider one here, just because so many people are asking. But know that 'General Chat' works just as well with discussion topics.
