Some people on buzznet were saying it was Panic. But now Pete Wentz said this in his blog:

"no one really knows the identity of all the members of the paul revere jumpsuit apparatus or what their current status is".

We know it's obviously Brendon. But I guess maybe it's not the rest of Panic.

intersting i dont think so it's probably a side project. like i think it was last year in Alternative Press's side project edition it said something about Ryan have one but i never heard anything else about.

Think about it logically. Although they make really weird decisions, why would they change their name? Like they messed with our minds when they were hinting us about Pretty. Odd., this might just be an act for FOB'S new album. And I highly doubt that they are splitting or breaking up, because if they were, they wouldn't be filming the video for Northern Downpour like they said at the Vma's (or some other recent awards show). They've also been showing up at interviews, AND they've just begun the Rock Band Tour. So it might be just another mind game, or Brendon is singing for another band (like he did for The Cab in One of those Nights). So I would highly doubt that they're splitting/changing their name.
