Starting the band The music band was first formed in the suburbs of Las Vegas by childhood friends Ryan Ross on guitar and Spencer Smith on drums. The duo would originally play blink-182 music until they recruited fellow schoolmates Brent Wilson on bass and Brendon Urie on vocals and guitar, forming the actual music band. Their name was taken from a line in the song Panic (by Name Taken), in reference to a song of the same name by The Smiths.
Their first single/video was about a wedding where the band comes into the church and stops the wedding.

ATLANTA FRIENDS: Show this Friday!
Hey Everybody, so we really didn't expect to do anything like this until we were done writing and out of the studio, but we just decided to play a show in Atlanta this Friday March 30th. The best part is, it's a free show. It's the kick off for the NCAA Final Four Weekend in Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta. The event starts around 7pm, we're on closer to 9, and there are gonna be fireworks as well.

I forgot how to use this thing it's been so long.Guess you could say I've been hibernating for the past few months. I'll be meeting up with everyone at the cabin in a few days to begin working on songs again. Canadian television program 969 will be airing a never before seen interview with Panic! At The Disco during the show tomorrow. Apparently it concerns why they where make up. Hmm...
969 airs on Razer (3 p.m. EST) and some versions of CityTV, and the previous day's progam is available to view in full on Much AXS.
